-Do you want to scan a chapter of a book and place it into your Canvas course site?

This workshop will help you become more familiar with copyright in the virtual classroom :

Topics include:

-Copyright language surrounding online learning

-what Creative Commons licenses are and where to find them

-DML resources available for online classroom settings

-Scanning book chapters or articles

-Document Delivery (ILL)

-Videos

The Copyright in the Virtual Classroom workshop will be held online on October 7th, 2020.

Georgetown University affiliated students, faculty, and staff are welcome.

Registration and participation require a georgetown.edu, gunet.georgetown.edu or medstar.net email address. Remote access information will be provided in emails sent out closer to the date of the class.
